Bismillahir-Rahmanir-Rahim
Al-Hamdu Lillah, I recently visited one of the hidden gems of Toronto, the Scarborough Bluffs.
I was accompanied by a friend, whose presence enhanced the spiritual focus of the trip. Our conversation was meaningful and and reflective.
If you are into geology, you'll enjoy researching about the stratigraphy and history of the bluffs. Being around both the water and the cliffs has its own special blessings and atmosphere. Scanning the horizon over the water reminds me of the vastness of knowledge. There are thousands and thousands of ripples constantly being made in the water, and I wonder about their meanings.
Our visit was wonderfully completed with prayers at a nearby masjid. We then conversed in the parking lot over some tea and samosas as this relaxing day came to a close.
