LaSalle Park Part II
Bismillahir-Rahmanir-Rahim
Al-Hamdu Lillah, I took a second visit to LaSalle Park in Burlington, Ontario. This time I was determined to see what was on the right side of the marina. I started the trip revisiting the forest and lakeshore path to its left. Among the many animals there, we came across the much more elusive rabbit.
After a most pleasant stroll, I was ready to see what wonders lay on the right side. Although a shorter distance, it did not disappoint. We first walked past the marina. The docked boats made me wonder what it was like to live a boating lifestyle.
We were then delighted to see a bridge heading out onto the lake. Surrounded by water, it took us to a path which took us to a small circular patch of land further out into the lake. It had wonderful views and felt private and exclusive.
While looking out, the light from the sun was sparkling atop the water so much that it appeared like a light show. The reflections of light were so plentiful they resembled water droplets of rain. I was in awe of this sign.
On our way back, we took a closer look at the park's banquet centre, terrace and surrounding area, which was quite beautiful. It seems like a wonderful place to host an event.

JazakAllah Khayr for sharing these beautiful pictures with us and love the creative reflection. Now I know which park to visit next with family, insha Allah.
So great to see more of Lasalle Park! I love the bridge out into the water. It looks inviting and magical. The last photo like the photo of the bridge gives a feeling of wonder as to what you might find at the opening at the end of the path. I love the shadows too. Your mention of the banquet centre and terrace made me recall hearing about that same terrace as a child as my parents attended many events there. Alhamdulliah!
MashaAllah. Brilliant photography and a very creative reflective note. JazakaAllah for sharing these treasures with us.
