Bayfront Park, Hamilton ON
Bismillahir-Rahmanir-Rahim
Al-Hamdu Lillah, a couple of weeks ago I went to Bayfront Park in Hamilton. This place is special - you feel like you are on an island!
To get there, I took a short charming bridge called the McQuesten High Level Bridge, which contained some beautiful views as I passed over it.
This park feels like another world, it’s open and is surrounded by water on three sides. Without any tall buildings around, the sky appears vast and the sunset was very enjoyable. There’s a big sense of freedom and purpose here, especially when you walk down the middle of the field, towards the water on the far end.
There’s a clear walking path that goes around the bay, and there were lots of people leisurely strolling around, some even jogging. Others were sitting on the benches and picnic tables throughout the park.
This place is a gem and a place I'd love to visit regularly in the future (insha Allah). Just minutes from here is a beautiful downtown masjid (mosque) in which I prayed Salatu’l Maghrib.
These photos are exquisite.
Stunningly beautiful
I have been to this park but was unable to capture this beautiful side of it
MashAllah, the beauty captured in these photos increases with each one.
The sunset is magnificent and awe inspiring.
The beauty of Allah’s sunsets leave us next to breathless
JazakhAllah for keeping us connected with your journeys.
