23rd Day of Ramadan
Al-Hamdu Lillah today was the 23rd day of the blessed month of Ramadan. In the Holy Qur'an, Allah (the Most High) mentions that the "Night of Power" is "better than a thousands months" (of worship). Many Muslims seek this special night in the last ten nights of Ramadan, and the following Islamic prayer is often recited at this time,
Allahumma Innaka `Afuwwun Tuhibbu'l `afwa Fa'fu `annee
O Allah, verily You are Forgiving. You love forgiveness, so forgive me
The below photos are from two walks in Oakville this weekend. On Saturday I went to Coronation Park (at Lakeshore) and today I walked through Sheldon Creek Trail.

More beautiful pictures! The first picture reminds me of the Forsythia Bush in the front garden at my home. The second one takes me back to my niece and nephew’s place in Whitby. The third one reminds me of swimming in lake Ontario with my husband Dave.
The city in the background is nostalgic. The transformation of nature from the last two weeks compared to now is like night and day. SubhanAllah.
You take the most stunning photos! Alhamdulillah how beautiful nature is and how he puts so many details into everything. Every photo is a place I would love to see in person. I can picture myself seating on those rocks listening to those birds and imagining myself in a whole new world. I love how in every blog you always mention Allah and give us dua to remember you really inspired me to paint and draw. Thank you!

Beautiful blue skies, so gorgeous! Alhamdulillah! The third photo looks like a great spot to have a picnic. The Toronto skyline shot is incredible. It’s tricky to get such a clear view of the big city (that amazingly doesn’t look that big from a distance). I love the sound of the red wing black bird, always wondered which bird made that sound. Thanks for the dua for the last 10 nights.
