Al-Hamdu Lillah, this weekend I made Guyanese Coconut Buns.
Food from our various cultures can play an important role in
so many aspects of life such as family, friends, nostalgia,
places of worship, circles of learning sacred knowledge

Mashallah, those cookies look so good I can imagine them melting in our mouth with the chocolate filling and the chips.
I also caught a bit of nostalgia in this photo too because it reminds me of our tea chill sessions where you always have a new variety of desserts/snacks to serve us and it honestly never disappoints.
